Varnum attorney Carolyn Sullivan has been named to the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Kent County.
Sullivan is a labor and employment attorney whose practice focuses on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws and other workplace matters. She litigates and defends employers in federal and state courts, as well as on administrative charges, including unemployment and EEOC matters. In addition to her client work, Sullivan frequently presents on a variety of labor and employment matters and contributes to industry publications.
Now in its 40th year, Habitat Kent brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Staffed by volunteers who provide more than 20,000 hours of service annually, the organization has helped over 500 homeowner families.
