NLRB Provides Model Social Media Policy

For those of you who were able to attend Varnum’s Labor & Employment Law Seminar today, you may recall that one of the breakout sessions focused on Social Media issues. During that session, we distributed hard copies of the National Labor Relations Board’s Model Social Media Policy for employers.
