Varnum Recognized in 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards by Florida Community Association Journal

March 4, 2026

Varnum has been recognized as a Diamond level winner in the 2026 Florida Community Association Journal (FLCAJ) Readers’ Choice Awards, the program’s highest category.

The FLCAJ Readers’ Choice Awards is a unique recognition program that shines a spotlight on the positive contributions of community association service providers throughout Florida. Awards are presented to companies that demonstrate, through their commitment to the community associations they serve, an exemplary level of proficiency, reliability, fairness, and integrity.

Varnum’s Condominium and Homeowners Associations (COAs and HOAs) Practice Team counsels scores of COAs and HOAs throughout the region on the full spectrum of issues that boards and property managers face, including corporate governance, covenant drafting and amendments, insurance, risk management, reserves, collections, covenant enforcement, vendor contracts, and dispute resolution.

The COAs and HOAs team is deeply attuned to the nuances of Florida law, especially the frequent shifts in legislation and the complexity of existing statutes affecting community associations. The team helps boards understand what has changed, what changes mean for their fiduciary duties, and how to implement practical solutions for their communities. In addition to day-to-day counseling, the team regularly provides seminars and training for board members and property managers on emerging topics, changing laws, and certification requirements.
