Brittany Minix

Brittany is a paralegal who focuses on estate and trust administration. She is experienced with the preparation of probate pleadings in both Michigan and Florida, as well as filing in various courts and online systems. She assists with all aspects of estate and trust administration and implements various organizational tools that bode well in the administration process. Brittany also has experience with Family Law matters, as well as General Litigation.

Brittany has both law firm and court experience. She holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and holds an associate degree in Addiction Studies from Western Michigan University.

Brittany is also an active member of her community, volunteering for Barn Sanctuary and Attorneys for Animals. She is passionate about helping those around her, and will actively strive to achieve the best for each client.
