Estate Planning Paralegal
Brittany Minix is a paralegal who focuses on estate and trust administration. She is experienced with the preparation of pleadings in both Michigan and Florida, as well as filing in various courts. She assists in creating inventories, docketing important administration deadlines, communications with creditors, and performs research using Accurint. Brittany also has experience with family law matters, as well as general litigation.
Brittany has a variety of law firm and court experience. She holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and an associate degree in Addiction Studies from Western Michigan University.
