United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has published the new version of the Form I-9 on its website. Currently, both the 06/05/07 and 02/02/09 versions of the Form I-9 are available on the USCIS website. Please note that the 06/05/07 version must be used for all new hires and reverifications before February 2, 2009. The 02/02/09 version must be used for all new hires and reverifications on or after February 2, 2009.
