Feinberg brings experience in complex litigation and data privacy matters.
Varnum is pleased to announce that Joshua Feinberg has joined the firm’s Litigation and Trial Team as a Partner. He is based in the Naples, Florida office.
An experienced litigator, Feinberg’s practice includes both the defense and prosecution of complex civil matters involving an array of contract, tort, and statutory claims. He frequently represents real estate developers, commercial landlords and tenants, condominium and homeowners associations, diverse businesses, and private individuals in real estate and commercial pre-litigation, litigation, and arbitration matters, as well as complex commercial lease transactions.

Feinberg has over 14 years’ experience navigating civil litigation and appeals, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and leases, and advising businesses and individuals. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Feinberg’s experience includes successful representation in a sophisticated real estate cyberfraud matter. He is also a Florida Supreme Court-Certified Circuit Mediator.

Feinberg is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and received a number of awards and honors. He received his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
Feinberg is the 20th attorney to join Varnum within the past 12 months, in furtherance of the firm’s growth across Michigan and Florida. He is the second attorney to join the Naples office this month.
