Spin Travel is an intelligent business travel platform that connects travel booking with pipeline data to turn travel from an expense line into a revenue driver. The company’s AI travel coordinator is armed with business context and embedded into workflows and conversations, empowering users to make travel decisions based on revenue outcomes and take action with significantly less time and effort.
In September 2025, Spin Travel began working with Varnum through its MiSpringboard program. Since then, Varnum has assisted the company with corporate restructuring, including amendments to its certificate of incorporation, a name change, and the adoption of an equity incentive plan, among other things. The firm has also provided standard restricted stock agreements, indemnification agreements, proprietary information, and invention assignment agreements, as well as a final closing binder. In addition, the team advised on IP protection strategy and reviewed an accelerator participation agreement.

Launched in 2011, the MiSpringboard program was created to remove barriers associated with starting a business by providing free legal services to startups. To date, Varnum has assisted nearly 1,000 clients through the program.
