Varnum is pleased to announce Alex Monahan has joined Varnum’s Corporate Practice Team. He is based in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Monahan’s transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, and financing deals, including private equity investments. He has significant experience in the formation and development of companies and corporations. Monahan also has a background in bankruptcy reorganization and commercial litigation.
Monahan received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School where he was a Dean’s Scholar and attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate degree in International Relations.
