United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that approval of the current Form I-9 has been extended to August 31, 2012. USCIS has amended the form to reflect a new revision date of August 7, 2009. Employers may use either the Form I-9 with the 08/07/2009 or the 02/02/2009 revision date. The Form I-9 is available at www.uscis.gov/i-9.
