Litigation Attorney

Marshall is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Team. He represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including construction disputes, securities litigation, commercial foreclosures, contract disputes, and product liability claims.

He has experience representing national corporations, financial institutions, commercial and residential landlords, and community associations in litigation throughout Florida. His work covers all phases of dispute resolution, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeal.

In the condominium and homeowners’ association space, Marshall represents associations in matters involving collections, contract enforcement, and injunctive relief.
