Kenneth A. Horn

Ken is a seasoned legal assistant. He assists with strategy, planning and implementation of business succession and sophisticated gift and estate plans for individuals and families. Ken’s experience includes preparation and review of estate, gift, and charitable organization returns.

Ken is additionally experienced in the formation of private foundations and public charities, including obtaining tax-exempt status, state and local registrations, registration exemptions and ongoing compliance. He also assists with the formation of single-family and multifamily offices, including planning, entity organization and preparation of service agreements, contracts, family agreements, and transaction documents.

Ken assists in all aspects of trust administration, including funding, trust accounting, reformation, modification, decanting, distribution, and settlement.
