Christopher M. Hiller

Chris is a member of the Business and Corporate Services Practice Team. He is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of corporate contracts including asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, software and technology licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, employment contracts and shareholders agreements. He advises clients on such matters as labor and employment, trade secret protection, insurance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, consumer and data privacy, regulatory and compliance issues, and corporate governance.
