Overview

Business and Commercial Litigation Attorney

Joy’s practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation, employment claims, health care litigation (including defense of providers and professionals in fraud and abuse claims, and malpractice actions), product liability and contested probate matters. Joy is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Counsel and is chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
