New Form I-9 Effective May 1, 2020

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a new version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification (Rev. 10/21/2019) to verify employee identity and employment authorization. Employers may begin using the new Form I-9 immediately. Employers that fail to use the new version of Form I-9 after April 30, 2020 may be subject to penalties.
