Varnum Elects Seven Attorneys to the Partnership

Varnum is pleased to announce that seven attorneys have been made partners of the firm. The new partners are Jacob Droppers, Erin Klug, Kyle Konwinski, John Rolecki, Erika Salerno, John Titley and Kristen Veresh.

Jacob Droppers is a corporate attorney based in the Grand Rapids office. His practice focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, finance and other commercial transactions. He is a graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law and Hope College.

Erin Klug focuses her practice in patent and trademark procurement to develop both domestic and international intellectual property strategies. She is based in the firm’s Novi office. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and the University of Michigan.

Kyle Konwinski is a member of the firm’s litigation team focused on commercial litigation. He represents a wide variety of clients in trial, administrative trial and on appeal. He is based in Grand Rapids. He is a graduate of University of Michigan Law School and Kalamazoo College.

John Rolecki is a member of the firm’s litigation team. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and provides counsel on matters including regulatory compliance, licensing, and insurance coverage. He is based in Grand Rapids. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School, University of Pennsylvania and University of Michigan.

Erika Salerno is a family law attorney based in Kalamazoo. She handles family law litigation matters including complex divorces, child custody matters, changes of domicile, paternity, minor guardianship and third-party custody cases. She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Drake University Law School and Michigan State University.

John Titley is a corporate attorney based in Grand Rapids. He focuses on business and transactional work, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate and joint venture transactions. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Washington and Lee University.

Kristen Veresh focuses her practice on banking and corporate finance, representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial transactions. She is based in the firm’s Novi office. She is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and University of Michigan College of Engineering.
