In celebration of its new office in Birmingham, Varnum is partnering with neighboring business Birmingham Roast to provide coffee to those who stop by the shop on Thursday, Oct. 10 and again on Friday Oct. 18, between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.
Varnum’s newest office opened at 260 East Brown Street in August. Birmingham Roast is located at 525 East Brown Street. One beverage per individual will be provided on both days.
“Instead of an open house event, we wanted to do something that was more community focused,” said Varnum attorney Michael Romaya, who serves as the lead attorney in the Birmingham office. “Our clients know where we are, but we wanted to introduce ourselves to the rest of the Birmingham community. It’s a way to demonstrate that we appreciate this community and we’re happy to be here.”
Varnum’s Birmingham office is the fourth in Southeast Michigan and eighth office across the state. Other locations include Ann Arbor, Detroit, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing and Novi. Founded in 1888, Varnum is Michigan’s fourth largest law firm.
