Shaquari Everson Joins Varnum’s Birmingham Office
Shaquari M. Everson has joined Varnum’s Banking, Finance and Restructuring Practice Team. She is based in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Everson is an experienced finance associate, working with clients on construction financing, real estate expansions, equipment investment and working capital matters. She also advises clients regarding asset-based and cash flow lending.
Prior to entering private practice, Everson served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Denise Page Hood, Chief Judge for U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Michigan. Within the community, Everson volunteered for several years at the Center for Educational Outreach, serving as a mentor and outreach facilitator for underrepresented youth.
Everson is a graduate of University of Michigan Law School, where she served as a student attorney for the entrepreneurship clinic as well as the community and economic development clinic. She was the recipient of an array of scholarships including the Butch Carpenter Memorial Scholarship. Everson also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
