Rynders Inducted into Litigation Counsel of America
Grand Rapids, Mich., June 4, 2009 - On May 8, 2009, Varnum trial attorney Perrin Rynders was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America at the LCA Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation at the trial and appellate levels, as well as superior ethical reputation.
Rynders has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, employment cases, product liability and personal injury cases and tax matters. He has conducted jury and bench trials in federal and state courts around the country as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitrators, and has resolved disputes as a facilitative mediator.
Rynders is a graduate of Calvin College and the University of Michigan Law School. His numerous bar activities include serving as chair of the American Bar Association's Trial Techniques Committee (TIPS Section). He is an elder at LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church, serves on the Grand Rapids Christian School Foundation board and is active in the Grand Rapids Chapter of the Calvin College Alumni Association.
