Miller Chosen for Women’s History Month Panel
Varnum attorney Jill Miller will serve as a panelist for the annual Women’s History Month Panel Discussion at Washtenaw Community College.
Miller, whose practice focuses on electronic payments and data privacy and security matters, will be among the panelists to discuss the topic of developing influence within an organization.
Miller is a partner in Varnum’s corporate group and works with clients in the electronic payment card processing industry on contractual and regulatory matters. She also has a unique background in aviation law, advising clients on aircraft acquisitions, leasing and financing, FAA filings, and International Registry requirements.
Miller is active in a number of professional organizations, including the Electronic Transaction Association and Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions). She serves on the Advisory Board of the Southeast Acquirers Association, an independent organization for acquiring bankcard professionals. In 2017, Miller was recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of their “Women in the Law” honorees.
