Hain Named to Michigan Council of School Attorneys
Varnum litigation attorney Charyn Hain has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Michigan Council of School Attorneys.
Organized in 1988, the Michigan Council of School Attorneys is the only statewide organization composed exclusively of attorneys representing Michigan school boards. The MCSA provides information and practical advice on legal issues and questions of school law.
Hain, who formerly served as Assistant General Counsel for Michigan State University before entering private practice, has a strong core of experience in general education law. She represents schools, colleges and universities in a variety of litigation matters.
In addition to the MCSA, Hain is member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the National Association of School Boards and the Michigan Association of School Boards.
