Clarke Featured on WJRW Regarding Immigration Matters

Varnum immigration attorney Kim Clarke was recently featured on WJRW’s “Sound Off!” program, speaking about immigration and the local impact of recent executive orders on travel and immigration.

Clarke, who works primarily with employers on immigration application and compliance matters, spoke with Dave Jaconette about what effects the recent executive orders will have for local employers. In addition to the travel ban, increased enforcement activities, and what to expect in the future, Clarke provided an overview of the H-1B visa process and the upcoming April deadline.
