Baber Named to Junior Achievement Board
Varnum corporate attorney Kim Baber has been named to the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes.
Junior Achievement is a nonprofit youth organization that works with local businesses and organizations to deliver experiential programs on the topics of financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. In Michigan, Junior Achievement programs impact more than 60,000 students each year.
Baber is a partner in Varnum's corporate group, representing both publicly-traded and private businesses. She regularly counsels clients on general contract and business law matters with a focus on securities law, corporate governance issues, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has a broad depth of experience in community banking and the financial services industry.
