Varnum attorney Seth Ashby was recently named to the board of HELP Pregnancy Crisis Aid, Inc.
HELP is a nonprofit organization helping pregnant women carry their babies to term by providing material assistance such as formula, food, diapers and clothing, as well as referrals to health care, legal, social service and educational institutions.
Ashby is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, distressed asset and restructuring, and commercial transactions.
Ashby is a graduate of University of Illinois College of Law and Western Michigan University. For the past three years, he has been named a major player in M&A by the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers. He is listed as a Rising Star in Michigan Super Lawyers.
