Allen to Moderate Ethics Panel
Varnum attorney John W. Allen will moderate the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's (ICLE) November 1, 2012 seminar, "Ethics 2012: Meeting Today's Challenges."
The seminar provides the latest information on ethics-related issues and teaches attendees to protect themselves and their clients by taking action in response to current ethics opinions. Allen will be speaking on a panel discussing updates on recent MRPC developments and proposed amendments.
Allen is a business and commercial litigation attorney as well as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate. With over 30 years of experience, Allen has written and co-written dozens of articles and books.
