Varnum tax attorney Eric Nemeth will be a featured presenter at the 30th Annual Tax Conference presented by the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan in cooperation with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
The conference, set for May 25 in Plymouth, helps tax professionals stay on top of evolving issues in tax law – from changes on the national front to state and local developments. Nemeth, who served as a senior trial attorney with the IRS prior to entering private practice, will speak on the topic “Tax Controversy and Litigation.” His presentation will cover:
