Court Stops Higher Immigration Wages and H-1B Changes

December 2, 2020

The US District Court has set aside the Department of Labor interim rule that increased prevailing wages in October. DOL will make changes to its prevailing wage database in the next couple of days to reflect the lower wage requirements. We will continue to monitor potential appeals to this decision and provide updates.
