Varnum LLP has a full-time opening for a receptionist in our Birmingham office (opening Summer 2019). This position will involve direct contact with clients, setting up conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, running errands and providing general office support, as well as traditional receptionist duties.

The ideal candidate will be a polished professional who is responsible, flexible, takes initiative, can multitask with ease and works well as part of a team. Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills is required.
