Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council
Established in 2007, the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council is made up of community leaders who share our commitment to making Varnum – as well as our community – a more inclusive and welcoming place to live and work
The Council is composed of members diverse in age, race, gender, orientation, geography, professional expertise and community involvement.
Council members give generously of their time, insights and perspectives to support Varnum’s recruiting and retention efforts and to bring awareness to issues of diversity and inclusion in the broader community. Council members are also instrumental in the firm’s Community Connectors program, in which they are paired with an associate attorney whom they introduce to various social, business and ethnic communities.
