Corporate Experience
Bill is an Of Counsel member of the Corporate Practice Group and served as the firm’s Executive Partner from 1993 to June, 2008. Over the course of his career, Bill has served numerous clients in matters such as takeover defense, international joint ventures/direct investments/acquisitions, public and private merger and acquisition deals that included highly sophisticated financial arrangements, private equity and debt financing, and antitrust matters. He served for 9 years as a director of a $1 billion bank and also has served on a variety of other business and non-profit boards.
