Corporate Experience
Bill was the firm's Chairman and Managing Partner for a six year period, and also served as the firm’s Executive Partner from 1993 to 2008. Over the course of his career as a business lawyer, Bill has advised numerous clients in matters such as public stock offerings, takeover defense, international joint ventures/direct investments/acquisitions, public and private merger and acquisition deals, and antitrust matters. He has served on many boards of directors, including both for-profit and non-profit entities in the areas of forestry and agriculture, higher education, primary education, banking, health and human services, art and others.
