Experience

Tom is a real estate and corporate attorney. He counsels clients on real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, leasing and subleasing of commercial property; the negotiation of real estate partnerships and joint ventures; the syndication of membership interests and the acquisition, financing, preservation and sale of market rate and affordable housing developments. Tom represents a range of clients from publicly-held companies to closely-held family businesses as well as privately-held corporations and individuals, investors, builders, developers, lenders and property managers.
