Intellectual Property Experience
Tom has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property, computer and e-commerce law. Tom has been particularly involved in the development of corporate programs for proprietary protection of company technology, along with negotiations for clients involved in the acquisition of large-scale computer systems. Tom also works with a number of systems consultants in the West Michigan area for companies involved in the selection of their computer systems.
