Expertise
As a paralegal, she works with attorneys across all practice groups on real estate law issues while specializing in commercial transaction work. Skye prepares a wide variety of real estate related documents including purchase agreements, conveyancing documents, closing statements, promissory notes and mortgages, easement agreements and leases. She is involved in a variety of ways with title work, real estate closing matters, construction liens and foreclosures. Skye is also experienced in working with legal descriptions and surveys.
