Litigation and Trial Experience
Scott is a member of the Litigation and Trial Service Practice Group where his focus is on commercial and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Varnum, Scott was a partner in a large Detroit based law firm and then spent five years as General Counsel for a group of companies in the environmental, solid waste, heavy construction, and real estate development industries.
