Corporate and Health Care Experience
Dick’s practice includes both corporate and health care law, which involves handling merger and acquisitions, securities, antitrust, contracts, and related matters for the firm’s business clients. He also represents a substantial number of hospitals, physician groups and integrated heath care services delivery systems.
Dick was a member of the ten person delegation of the Citizens Ambassador Program who visited with business and government leaders in Russia, Czechoslovakia and Germany to discuss and collaborate on issues of health, safety and welfare programs affecting major industry.
