Business Law Experience
Pamela Emenheiser is a partner in the Corporate and Health Care practice groups. She provides transactional and strategic counseling to a wide array of business sectors, with a concentration on finance, public and private securities offerings, broker dealer registration and representation of public companies. Pamela advises her clients as they drive multinational transactions to close, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic affiliations. She works with numerous life sciences companies, entrepreneurs and research/health care entities. She helps innovators navigate the business, intellectual property and regulatory mazes that impact the growth of their businesses. Pamela brings to her clients a deep base of experience in business law and is often responsible for coordinating and managing all of their legal needs.
