Tax Experience
Marla’s practice focuses on federal and state and local tax planning and controversy litigation, as well as property tax matters. She also has substantial experience in corporate and securities transactional law. Marla is a frequent speaker on state and federal tax issues, including presentations to Michigan manufacturers, the Novi Chamber of Commerce and certified public accountants. She currently serves on the Council of the State Bar of Michigan Tax Section and is the editor of the Michigan Tax Lawyer.
