Labor and Employment Experience
Kent has more than 40 years of experience representing management interests in labor matters, focusing on planning for and acting as principal spokesman in negotiations, work stoppages, and NLRB proceedings. He provides counsel and advice to management in union organizing campaigns, union avoidance programs, and maintenance of union-free environment.
