Corporate Experience
Joe is a partner in the Corporate Services Practice Group and has been with the firm since 1993. His practice primarily consists of general corporate and securities matters of all types, along with certain tax matters. He focuses on counseling corporate clients on business organization, governance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as state and federal securities laws for private and public companies. Joe is also involved in tax planning.
