Trial Experience
John has a wide range of expertise in litigation matters with both plaintiff and defense. He has worked on complex cases in intellectual property, class actions, medical/dental malpractice defense, products liability, contract disputes and personal injury.
He specializes in the use of technology in all aspects of a case, including throughout discovery and in settlement negotiations and trial. He works with attorneys, clients and experts to manage cases electronically, using document management and legal presentation software including Summation and Trial Director.
