Corporate and Finance Experience
Jim practices in the firm’s corporate services area, with special emphasis in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, corporate finance, strategic ventures and asset based lending. He has extensive experience counseling mature and emerging closely held businesses with regard to corporate structure, governance, planning and succession, as well as general commercial matters.
