Gene focuses his practice on general municipal law, school law and public labor relations law, including public taxation, budgeting and finance, practice before zoning, planning and other local and regional governmental bodies, employee grievance and Act 312 interest arbitration, practice before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission and Department of Civil Rights, negotiation and administration of Collective Bargaining Contracts, Fact Finding, Veteran's Preference Act, Civil Service and Teacher Tenure matters.
