Corporate and Health Care Experience
Eric focuses his practice in corporate law with an emphasis in business transactions, health care law and higher education law. He regularly deals with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities and other corporate transactions. Eric also works with hospitals, other professional entities and providers, and helps clients with health care regulatory issues, including compliance with anti-fraud laws and the Stark law.
