Peter Livingston has been appointed chair of the Corporate Practice Group at Varnum.

Livingston is a partner in the corporate and estate planning practice groups. He joined Varnum in 1998 and his practice initially focused on estate planning. Over the years, Livingston's practice has grown to include general counsel for family-owned businesses, assisting clients with matters such as estate, trust and succession planning, as well as business matters including contracts and finance agreements.

Outside of his practice, Livingston is active in the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce.
