Experience

Aaron is a partner in the trial practice group. He is experienced in commercial and environmental litigation in state and federal courts around the country and Michigan Agriculture Law. Aaron has represented clients in commercial and tort cases including products liability defense, personal injury defense, commercial contract disputes, breach of warranty claims, covenants not to compete, age discrimination claims, shareholder disputes, telecommunications matters, debtor/creditor claims, embezzlement and bank fraud actions, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and real property disputes.

Aaron’s environmental practice includes defense of civil enforcement proceedings prosecuted by the Michigan DEQ, conducting contested case hearings, prosecuting appeals of permit denials by MDEQ, and challenging MDEQ rules as unconstitutional. Aaron also has experience with the Michigan Right to Farm Act. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
