U.S. EPA published a final rule in the June 18, 2012 Federal Register extending the deadline for submitting 2012 CDR reports to August 13.  The CDR rule requires manufacturers and importers of certain chemical substances on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Substance Inventory to report information about manufacturing, processing and use of the chemical substances.
