Experience

Bryan helps companies resolve contract disputes, often through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. He works regularly with manufacturers in the automotive industry. He also counsels businesses on noncompete agreements and protection of confidential information. Bryan specializes in federal court litigation, having worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Gordon J. Quist of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan before joining Varnum.
