Experience
Jack Sage has over 26 years of experience in the oil and gas legal practice which has included representation of national and independent oil and gas companies involving class action suits regarding interpretation of oil and gas leases, Federal Power Commission suspended funds and the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He has also be involved in litigation pertaining to take or pay contracts, the right to and value of helium as well as state and federal antitrust laws.
Jack has also counseled on matters relating to the purchase and sale of oil and gas assets, the transportation and storage of gas, gas fired generation of electricity as well as coal methane projects. Jack also has familiarity mining and mineral rights.
