Dale Rietberg practices in the area of general corporate and business transactions, with a focus on closely-held family businesses. He also has experience in the area of nonprofit and tax exempt entities, and has obtained Internal Revenue Service recognition of tax exemption for numerous charitable and other nonprofit organizations.
