Pamela Emenheiser helps technology start up and latter stage companies grow their businesses through effective use of their most important assets, including employees, capital and intellectual property. One of Pamela's technical specialties is clinical research and the protection of human subjects. She has deep experience in securities and private placements as well as international law. Pamela chairs the firm's Life Sciences Industry Group.

Community Activities
Pamela is also active in the community, having served as a board member of Inner City Christian Federation, a nonprofit corporation that provides affordable housing to the economically disadvantaged, for many years. Pamela also completed the Leadership Grand Rapids program through the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce in 2001.
