Experience

Marla’s practice focuses on federal and state and local tax planning and controversy litigation. She also has substantial experience in corporate and securities transactional law. Marla is a frequent speaker on state and federal tax issues, including presentations to Michigan manufacturers, the Novi Chamber of Commerce and certified public accountants.
